Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 20, 2018
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once a project has been initiated, refunds may not be issued unless decided at the discretion of Sunatha Ghosh (CEO & Founder) or the owner of UNISOFT TECHNOLOGY STUDIO®.
Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and the scope of work already completed. If the project scope has been initiated and resources have been allocated, any refund request may be subject to deductions for the work already performed.
All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the CEO & Founder and may vary depending on individual project circumstances.
In case a refund is approved, please note that the settlement process may take 30 to 60 days to complete after the refund approval.
Payment Terms and Advance Policy
A non-refundable advance payment is required before project initiation. This advance covers administrative costs and ensures project commitment. The exact amount will be defined in the Service Agreement for each individual project.
Full payment for the project must be made before any final product delivery or technology transfer takes place. Clients will be invoiced based on milestones, and the final payment is due upon completion of the project.
Any outstanding amounts must be cleared in full before we proceed with the transfer of technology or intellectual property (IP) related to the project.
